Pharmacology Updates and Refresher Course

This course will cover new medications to the formulary and refresh all medications carried in the agency's formulary. 

Target Audience

This course is designed for those providers currently working under the medical license of Dr. James Kempema.

Learning Objectives

Objectives: By the end of this education the student will be able to:


•    Describe the indications, contraindications, dosing, and special considerations of Zyprexa and Diltiazem

Describe the indications, contraindications, dosing, and special considerations for Airway, Cardiac, Other BLS and ALS medications, Waived medications to include TXA and Ketamine for pain.
